All registrations for this conference must be made via online registration. Online registration is required prior to the event. Please note that there will be no on-site registration on the day of the event. Name cards will not be sent in advance.

  • “Member” means a member (regular member or international member) of the Japanese Association for Cancer Supportive Care.
  • “Associate Member” refers to a member (associate member) of the Japanese Society for Supportive Care of Cancer, including cancer survivors, their families and porters.
  • “Undergraduate students” are required to upload their student ID card at the time of registration.
  • Physicians, dentists, medical professionals, medical institutions, healthcare-related companies, and medical staff (healthcare professionals other than physicians) cannot register for the program in the “Patient/Family/Citizen” category. Please register as a member or non-member (e.g., medical professionals).

Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have registered and completed the payment, the registration cannot be canceled for any reason. We will not refund the fee so please check your registration status and category before registration.

Issuance of Receipt

  • After payment of the registration fee, you can issue your own receipt from the Registration System My Page. Receipts can only be issued in PDF format. Invoices will not be issued.
  • Issuance period: March 6 (Thu), 12:00 - May 31 (Sat), 17:00 (JST)

Issuance of Participation Certificate

  • You can issue your own participation certificate from the Registration System My Page.
  • Please be sure to print out the participation card issued from the registration system My Page and bring it with you to the venue.
  • You will receive a name card folder at the general reception desk (Wakayama Castle Hall 2F lobby).
  • Issuance period: May 9 (Fri), 12:00 - May 31 (Sat), 17:00 (JST)
